good and sensational breakfast with a wide range of choices. exceptionally comfortable beds and cosy and great room. unbeatable location, not very far from coral beach. 25 minutes' ride to the airport.

Came here for a city break, recommendable. The breakfast was tasty and the place was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly nice people.

Location close enough to a paid beach and the underwater observatory, a gallery that is 3-4 meters high and so many palms and trees. Superbly friendly and amiable staff providing amazing services. Impressive room with big bed and exceptionalsea views.

The service was excellent, we had a tasty breakfast with fruit and mainly sweet, for example. The hotel had a remote setting close to the eating area.

The hotel is cute but already requires repairs no beach in the evening no fun to go to town.

It was calm and pleasant atmosphere.The menu was good, it was kosher.

The room facilities were bad.The room for child was under the roof,but to get there was dangerous, because the steps've broken. The hotel's cats eat all food on the room' table constantly,during the nights also. The reception works very bad:first,they don't know English,in this case most part of their answers are wrong. The second,you have to wait so long till your request'll be fulfil. In the swimming pool there were a lot of Cl. In the hotel,there were nothing to do for children.

We love the ambiance and the fact that the resort is so pleasing to the eye. The grounds are immaculate and add to the wonderful feeling. We have stayed there before and hopefully will be back again.

The New Superior Family Siam Room was spacious and cozy. Super comfy beds, made it easy to relax after a day out. The decor had an Asian vibe. The surroundings were gorgeous with lots of greenery, and it felt peaceful. But the room could use a bit more soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway and neighbors. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Staff not attentive and helpful

Beautifully designed hotel with very comfortable and big rooms and beds. There is a fantastic view from the rooms. Hotel is situated 7 km from the Eilat city center just opposite the Red Sea Observatory. The beach is situated 300 meters from the hotel in the coral reef reserve offering great opportunity for snorkeling and diving (for the hotel guests snorkeling masks are offered free of charge at the beach bar).

Entrance to the sea is rather difficult due to the stone ground but underwater views of the coral reef reserve are worthy of it.

The pool was relaxing and had a fine sea view. The unique Thai-style design. Loved the spacious room with a huge, clean shower-perfect after a long day. You can grab a refreshing drink at the pool bar anytime!
